1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StrideAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Access and Use

StrideAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Service only as permitted by:

• Applicable laws and regulations
• Generally accepted practices and guidelines

You may NOT:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

By subscribing to StrideAI, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms.

4.1 Subscription and Billing

We offer various subscription plans. Payment will be charged to your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.2 Price Changes

We may change the price of our subscription plans from time to time. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after we have provided notice to you.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of StrideAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

StrideAI grants you a limited license to access and use the content and services offered through the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Service
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Medical Disclaimer

StrideAI is not a medical service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our fitness plans and nutritional guidance are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition.

6.2 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. STRIDEAI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRIDEAI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
