T.J. spent 15 years as a military fitness instructor before transitioning to personal training. Known for a direct approach and tough love, T.J. pushes clients beyond their perceived limitations. T.J. specializes in high-intensity workouts and mental toughness training, believing that fitness is as much mental as physical. While demanding, T.J. is also deeply committed to client success and safety. Outside of coaching, T.J. competes in obstacle course races and tactical fitness competitions.
